Just another money grabbing union, but no help offered at all. The so-called training offer is more boring and irrelevant than what's on the intranet, I joined the union hoping to get some help, or at least advice, with a very specific matter. Unfortunately the rep has brushed everything off and made some suggestions that, if I follow, will mean the end of my employment. Guess I'll stop paying the membership fee then.

Please don’t fall into the scam if you lose your drivers license they will not help you. Their insurance people will try everything to not pay you. Their advertisements is FAKE! Stop paying to them. Stop paying for driver care! Because they DON’T CARE!!!Basically 24months without salary and they just want the direct debits rolling in...disappointed and disgusted about this bunch of Scammers!

I can't post a nice review, after paying my fees for 2 years and being milked of money by an unhelpful and greedy union. The sent me a letter dated 10th of May saying that my bank had declined the monthly membership payment. Nonsense! I have checked the statement, which was clearly showing that the monthly mbership had been paid and the money gone from my account. Also their letter was saying that they would attempt to take the next month a payment twice the membership fee amount. At that point I just cancelled the direct debit, sick of their petty lies.Next day someone calls me, asking why I had cancelled my direct debit. I explained it's an error on their side and I am not going to pay double the next month, just because they illegally want to cash extra money from members. Never have I ever seen so much pressure from someone to re-instate my direct debit. I told them I don't want to be a member anymore, and the guy just shut the phone in my face! No apologies whatsoever!Dis-gus-ting! You called yourself a union, I have seen no membership benefits whatsoever, just you coming up with lies to take more money!Shame on you!
