Absolutely terrible company. Have left my son without prescriptions, promised an email to his GP and have done neither despite taking payment. My son is desperate and no one replies to calls or emails. You do, however have staff to take payments and reply to reviews on here. You treat your patients appallingly and are taking advantage of vulnerable people in our experience.

The staff here are the best of the best and I will always recommend this amazing place to anyone I know who requires treatment for any known addiction. Rafa the Manager, Martin, Steve, Seth, Gerard, Oli, Jane, Alison, Rebecca, Paul & George are superb as well as Alan, Paula, Helen and Steve with the unrivalled catering. Cassiobury Court is also excellent value for money compared to other far more expensive but inferior Treatment Clinics.I’m very much looking forward to returning to Chair group meetings in the future.Many thanks to everyone. Helen has been treating my son with Neurofeedback therapy for some time now. He has a number of challenging behaviours under the umbrella of Global Development Delay. I can already see a difference in his ability to focus and to self regulate his emotions. There is less impulsive behaviour and increasing opportunities to talk him down when he does have a meltdown. This type of therapy works with Sean as it does not rely on him being able to communicate effectively through speech. I would have no hesitation in reccomending Dr McManus. Her warm and friendly manner very quickly put Sean at ease and has enabled him to relax and look forward to his sessions.

Well I am utterly shocked and very dissatisfied with the care ( Or should I say lack of). My brother was treated appallingly to the point that even his basic needs were not met ie food and drink when he was hungry sometimes at night there was nothing available for him depriving him of his liberty eventhough he was an informal patient. He was so distressed that he tried to escape and became quite challenging. Also no communication between them and the families and they also lie about things that are important. I trusted what my brother was saying. Please be aware of these people they clearly do not care and lack empathy. People need to stand up to these and report anything that is not up to standards so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
