The Well Retreat
Caren is the best pilates teacher I have ever had and I've been doing pilates for over 20 years! She is so knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring when developing her classes and always plans new classes to support us, thinking of different ways to challenge and help us. I have also visited Caren for massages and she is amazing! Her Winter cozy treatment which includes hot stones was unbelievably relaxing, her Indian head massage was gorgeousand her Aroma flex massage was absolutely what I need to de-stress after a tough day. Caren is always so attentive, has magic hands and has the most incredibly warm and easy manner - it's no wonder she's in such demand!

Master Tsu Tai Chi Chuan Academy
It is an unfortunate truth that Tai Chi, in the West, is largely a commercial enterprise. The subtleties and nuances are missed and students are taught en masse. ’Tis not so at Master Tsu’s Tai Chi Academy. Here, against the odds, my classmates and I have found a Master who transmits the untainted, ages old tradition of Tai Chi. It is not at all easy, but it is absolutely worth the effort you’ll put in. I wholly recommend Master Tsu’s class to anyone serious about mastering Tai Chi. Come & learn what it is like to “Do Nothing”.

Lishi, Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation & Self Defence
I've always wanted to take up meditation and other forms of mindfulness but often struggle to focus. I've found Lishi Tai Chi to be this beautiful blend of breath and mindful, energy focused movement that I can focus in on. It leaves me with a calm that lasts into a busy hectic week. I'm into other sports too which the class is great for, the movements hone your balance and body awareness whilst strengthening your muscles and flexibility. This class of kind folks made me feel welcomed from day one.

Christine’s Mindful Movement
Just finished our beginners 6 week course today. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone that is interested in learning Tai Chi.Very easy to follow Christine's guidance and knowledge of this wonderful art.Christine is a very skilled teacher and has made us feel very comfortable and relaxed, even when we get things wrong. I started going to Amritah's Tai Chi classes in Bracknell and thoroughly enjoyed. Amritah is a first class teacher and I always enjoy the classes.Now, due to Covid, we are all doing online classes via Zoom.Mon to Fri with different times available, so you are sure to find a suitable time to join in. Excellent value for money too. The zoom classes have worked really well and you still feel you are getting the attention to detail that you need and endless patience from Amritah.I never thought that I would take to Tai Chi, but I really do feel good after the class. Being able to do more than once a week is great, I could only do one a week when it involved a rather long drive.Admiration for what Amritah has managed to achieve during lockdown, I am sure it has helped us all stay sane. :)
