Dna testing was easy to do and results werent to long to wait, the team were also fantastic with any questions asked

This company was straight forward to deal with. Quick response with everything, from initial email, to receiving DNA kit, to finding out results. I had a my rescue dog DNA'd (DNA my dog) to find out exactly what his breeds were, the results were surprising to say the least. I thought he was a Pointer cross, turns out he's​ got Chihuahua, Dalmatian and Bassett Hound in him. Not sure whether to believe it or not!

I wanted to give full compliments to Christina and Silvina / Sella for making my babies experience as good as it could be. We had previously attempted to do a blood test at another clinic but his veins are so small that it failed. As a new mom I was very nervous… but luckily I had the best phlebotomists on the case. They treated him with such kindness and playfulness - even singing baby shark when he started to cry - what could have been a traumatic experience for us, ended up being positive and fun, thanks to these two brilliant women. Outstanding patient care. (Give these two women a promotion - they were amazing!)

Fantastic company. Myself and my partner had hair strand tests done by lextox. We don't drink nor do we take drugs but both came back as testing positive for cocaine. After reading the reviews for crystal health we went with them for independent tests. Our results came just over a week after due to postal strikes and was infact negative as we expected originally. Polite, helpful, friendly staff. Thank you crystal health!!
