Telephone company

My advice for everyone do not go with three network because you don't get signal anywhere in Canterbury and they have told me me truly it won't be fixed,I have been with three for so many years, as the moment three network is one of the worst network in Canterbury you don't get a signal anywhere, they are absolutely terrible and all they do give you 7 days to solve the problem out and they never will,The customer service inside the store in Canterbury are nice but over the phone absolutely terrible one of the worst customer service you could come across they will never solve any of your problem out. They will never listen to you you and the are are very very rude basically they just tell you we don't care whatever you think about us we don't care what you are

I am writing this review as I can honestly say the service received from George and his team has been amazing.When searching for a VOIP solution for my business I contacted many providers however no one wanted to truly understand my business and requirements the way George did.He carefully listened to my requirements and offered a fantastic solution at an affordable cost.Furthermore if I ever require technical assistance George is always just a phone call away.Be it during work hours or outside core hours George values me as a customer and I would highly recommenend him and his company.

Called tekie regarding our PBX telephone system which had stopped working. They attended to investigate and gave us a few solutions. We decided to go with tekie as our telephone provider which is VoIP and has saved us money. We can not fault the service and they have been on hand whenever we have needed them. Excellent service and we are glad we choose tekie for our telephones. We are not too great with technology so having tekie on speed dial and them attending site has been really helpful and has made the transition run smoothly.

I told them a millions times that I did not want fibre & I didn't want holes in the walls. They sent city fibre to make holes regardless without consent from the occupants. The internet is not faste has these companies selling fibre claim to be! You end up with boxes and cables everywhere and slower internet. Finally I cancelled everything with them BUT they keep texting me about installing although I complaint and cancel my contract with them! No communication skills between them and their partners, completely disregards towards their costumers..very expensive and not reliable.My advise is go elsewhere and get 5G you don't need fibre to have internet and mine is working even faster.

Sensible have been a great help to us as a small local charity. Their service is fantastic and the staff are friendly and down to earth.
