Dr Giardini is always so kind and patient both with the patient and her anxious parents. He takes time to explain everything and is always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Dr Desai was quick to see us. He took time to listen and engage with our Son and patiently explained what he would do to help and kept us up to date with developments. Most importantly Dr Desai is kind, caring and has a lovely way of putting you at ease. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr Desai, we decided to do private appointment with him as the NHS wait was nearly 3 months. I have been very pleased with the service received, thank you for all your help.

Dr Giardini was great with our daughter who warmed to him almost immediately. He was very careful to reassure us that what he was seeing was very normal and we had nothing to worry about. We came away very satisfied with the experience, thank you Dr Giardini!

We had a consultation with Dr G and he really is great! My little girl gave him her hand and they walked to his room, which she would never do with doctors. He checked her and explained everything to us in very easy way so we can understand. He gave us advice on future steps as well.We hope we will continue her monitoring with him.

We saw Dr Giardini for a 2nd opinion in regards to a suspected heart issue for our son. When I called to make the appointment, he himself answered the phone and booked us in for the next day. Even though we were running late for our appointment, he called to check up on us, and waited patiently for us to arrive. He then saw us, and did his checks thoroughly. He reassured us that everything was ok, and explained what was going on. After the appointment, we got the report a day later and didn't have to wait around. All in all it was a pleasure to be under his care.

Dr Giardini is knowledgable, honest and thorough in his approach. He helped us to understand my daughter's condition and advised us of the next steps, which was extremely helpful. We left feeling reassured and listened to by someone who actually cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him.
