Excellent service and beautiful windows

Had new windows and doors fitted, absolutely fantastic job, took extra care with newly tiled bathroom and left perfect. Would highly recommend Cassidy’s as nothing was too much trouble for the team even putting my blinds back up. Clean tidy job, great when workmen take pride in their work, I got them recommended to me by family member and I would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone 5*

Rude Unprofessional TimewastersI contacted this firm for a quote for new windows - cue two weeks of their salesman coming back and forth, quoting various prices - he appeared to be gauging what I could afford, rather than giving me a set price. After dropping the price by a few thousand to a more realistic price, we settled on a price I was (somewhat) happy to proceed with, but I said that I would need a written quote. He sent the owner of the firm out to measure and, when I asked him for a written quote, he threw what I can only describe as a 'hissy fit', and refused to give me one, saying (bizarrely), that his measurements written in a little book he held was my quote. He then proceeded to try to 'lay down the law' as to what I was going to have and tried to say that I had to fit in with his plans! (who's the customer here? lol) I could only imagine he was going to raise the price as he went along - thus his reluctance to give me a written quote. Suffice it to say I went with a much pleasanter, professional, - and cheaper - firm.

Highly recommended. First class service and job. We got a window converted into patio doors and a new composite back door fitted. From start to finish could not fault, very clean and tidy work left no mess. Conor and his father did a fantastic job.

Can't recommend Cassidy Windows enough. from start to finish the service from Theresa, Joe and his work team have been amazing. Nothing was too much bother and great communication threwout the whole process. the difference new windows and doors have made to my house is unbelievable. Thank you again

A sliding patio door which had become very difficult to open and close. Sent an enquiry on Sunday afternoon and got a response in less then 30 minutes. Visited with in 3 days. Visited at my convenience and turned up on time, Professional ,Friendly and polite, asked if would like shoes removed and if I would like them to wear masks, and kept a safe distance. Attempted to apply a quick fix, and quickly identified the problem. Came back 2 days later, job done. Doors are so easy to open and close again. Very competitive quote, £200 cheaper then another quote. Great service and would use again.
